Who we are

This policy describes information handled through freddyalban.com, including advertising landing pages, by Freddy Alban, REALTOR®, North Carolina Real Estate Broker #326834, with Monarch Group at eXp Realty. Freddy provides real estate services in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. This is a real estate website, not a lender or government agency.

Information you provide

Forms collect the information requested on each form, which may include first and last name, email address, phone number, property address, county, buying or selling interests, property condition, timeline, and your message or inquiry details. Required fields are identified on the form. We also record the form or page source and, where collected, consent choices, disclosure version, and submission time. Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank details, passwords, or sensitive estate documents through these general inquiry forms.

How information is used

We use submissions to respond to inquiries, deliver requested real estate guides by email or download, schedule consultations, follow up about the request, and provide buying, selling, inherited-property, VA homebuying, and investment-property services. We use website interaction data to understand visits and measure advertising and guide requests. Submitting a guide request does not establish an agency relationship or guarantee financing or program eligibility.

Forms, automation, and storage

Depending on the form, information passes through website server endpoints, Google Apps Script, or Zapier-hosted forms and automations. Leads may be recorded in Lofty CRM, email systems, and Google Sheets used for lead delivery and follow-up. The inherited-guide letter form sends information through Zapier for guide delivery and CRM processing, with a source tag identifying the letter channel. Guide files may open through Google Drive. Records may exist in several connected systems; these services process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Analytics, advertising, and cookies

The website loads Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits and interactions such as guide requests, scheduling links, and call or text clicks. It also loads Meta Pixel for page views and lead-event measurement. These services can use cookies, pixels, device or browser identifiers, page URLs, referral information, and interaction data. Providers may receive network information such as your IP address. Google Ads conversion code is included and sends conversion events when a Google Ads conversion ID and label are configured. This policy does not represent that every conversion integration is active. The site currently loads its analytics and Meta scripts without a site cookie-choice banner; acknowledging a form privacy notice is not a separate tracking preference. Browser cookie settings, Google and Meta account settings, and privacy tools can limit some collection, but may not prevent every measurement request.

Sharing information

Information may be shared with eXp Realty and authorized Monarch Group team members for handling inquiries, brokerage responsibilities, and real estate services; with hosting, automation, CRM, email, scheduling, analytics, advertising, and document providers for their respective functions; and, when necessary for your request or transaction, with lenders, attorneys, inspectors, contractors, property managers, and other transaction professionals. Each independent professional operates separately. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to address fraud, security, or legal claims. Advertising technology providers receive the interaction data described above; we do not promise that all technology-related sharing is excluded from every applicable legal definition of sale or sharing.

Communications and your choices

The permission requested is shown on each form. Some forms ask permission to respond by phone, email, or text; the inherited-guide letter form requests permission to email the guide and does not request a general marketing subscription. A request for a guide is not blanket permission for unrelated marketing. To stop promotional emails, use an unsubscribe link where provided or contact Freddy. For texts, reply STOP where supported, or call or email Freddy to request no further marketing texts or calls. Necessary responses, requested guide delivery, transaction communications, or legally required records may still be handled separately. Message and data rates may apply. Contact Freddy if an opt-out has not been honored.

Retention and security

Information is retained in the systems used to manage inquiries, follow-up, and real estate transactions. Retention depends on the purpose, brokerage and legal recordkeeping needs, and the relevant provider’s settings; this policy does not promise a fixed deletion period. The website uses HTTPS and form validation, including hidden spam-trap fields on supported forms. These measures do not guarantee security. Email, CRM, spreadsheet, and automation records also depend on the protections of their respective services. We do not claim that all stored information is encrypted, that specific audits have occurred, or that every connected account has a particular security control.

Access, correction, or deletion requests

You may contact Freddy using the details below to ask about information you submitted, request correction or deletion, or change communication preferences. Describe the request and the email or phone used in your submission; do not send sensitive identity documents unless a secure method has been arranged. Identity verification may be needed. We will assess the request against applicable law, brokerage obligations, provider capabilities, and records that must be retained. This is a contact-based request process, not an automated deletion portal, and no universal response deadline or unconditional deletion right is promised.

Third-party services and changes

Calendly scheduling, Zapier forms, Google Drive guides, social platforms, and other external sites may collect information when you open or interact with them. Their policies also apply. This page covers Freddy’s website practices and does not replace eXp Realty’s own privacy policy. We may revise this policy as practices change and will update the effective date.
